A Real-Life Story of Romance Rekindled
The movie follows the story of Margie (Brooke D’Orsay) and Pat (Sam Page), high school sweethearts who went on different paths in life after graduation. A now-divorced Pat returns to his hometown with his two young sons for a fresh start.
Margie spots Pat in town and the two catch up a bit, but this is just the first of a series of coincidences—or Godwinks—that continue to bring Margie and Pat together over the next several days.
The attraction is still there but Margie is currently dating someone and Pat is focused on being a single parent and finding a new job. As they spend more time together, old feelings resurface. Will it take a Godwink to help these two find their way back to each other?

What is a Godwink?
A Godwink is what some people would call a coincidence, an answered prayer, or simply an experience where you'd say, "Wow, what are the odds of that!"

From SQuire Rushnell's first book, When God Winks, the word of mouth phenomena took it from there and today “Godwinks” is showing up in dictionaries, news stories, and is in the fourth season of a monthly segment on NBC Today.
